COVID-19 Warning

COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. There is an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place or place where people are present and there is no guarantee, express or implied, that those attending events at our venue will not be exposed to COVID-19.

Attendee Promise & Health Acknowledgement

All attendees agree to follow venue policies (including health and safety policies) and posted instructions while at the venue. According to the CDC, older adults and people of all ages with serious underlying medical conditions may be at higher risk of death or severe illness from COVID-19. All attendees should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend the event. By entering the venue, attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and confirm that they will adhere to local quarantine mandates and the CDC quarantine requirements, available here.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are your latest requirements for entry?

As of January 4, 2022, our venue health & safety requirements for entry follow the local mandates. Our main requirement for entry is a valid event ticket. Certain shows may require masks to be worn, proof of a negative COVID-19 test, or proof of full COVID-19 vaccination for entry at the request of the artist and tour management. These requirements will be listed on our venue website if applicable.

**AS ALWAYS, OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE OR REVERSAL BASED ON UPDATED DATA THAT INCLUDES INFECTION RATES, TRANSMISSION DATA, VARIANT DEVELOPMENTS, AS WELL AS MANDATES OR REGULATIONS FROM FEDERAL, STATE AND/OR LOCAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES OR INSTRUMENTALITIES.

Will I have to wear a mask?

Where not required by law, we are STRONGLY ENCOURAGING you to continue wearing a mask at our events.  It stops the spread of disease, and the COVID-19 variants are highly contagious, even among the fully vaccinated.

What qualifies as “fully vaccinated”?

We consider fully vaccinated to be two weeks after the second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or two weeks past a single Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Acceptable documentation may be a physical copy of a COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card, a digital copy of such card or such other proof as is permitted locally.

What if I have a medical condition or religious belief that exempts me from getting vaccinated?

You will be required to provide a negative COVID-19 test result, taken within 72 hours of the event.  Please refer to “What type of tests will be accepted?” above to make sure you have taken the proper test.

What kind of tests will be accepted?

A negative COVID-19 test result (molecular, PCR or antigen) that was administered by an official testing center.  Test results must dated no more than 72 hours prior to entry.  Home testing kit results will not be accepted for entry.

I have tickets to a show that’s coming up quickly…what if I don’t have time to get a test?

If you’re not fully vaccinated, you need to have proof of negative test.  If for some reason you’re unable to get a test within 72 hours of the event, you can put your tickets up for resale.

What if I forget my proof of vaccination or negative test result?

You won’t get in.  So please don’t.
