Ticketweb will automatically refund tickets purchased online and via phone within 30 business days of the show cancellation. Box Office refunds will be available when The Majestic Theatre Center re-opens.
Rescheduled Shows (New Date Announced):
Refunds are available to eligible buyers for 30 days from the rescheduled date announcement. Web/Call Center purchasers can request a refund by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to include your order number when requesting a refund. If you purchased tickets in-person at the box office, you will have 30 days from the date the box office re-opens to request a refund (the box office will re-open when deemed safe to do so by local officials).
Postponed Shows (No New Date):
Refunds are not being issued at this time. As soon as a status update is available, your postponed show will fall into one of the above categories.
