Cancelled Shows

Refund Policy:

Ticketweb will automatically refund tickets purchased online and via phone. Otherwise available at point of purchase. Please note that the funds may take several days to reach your account.


Rescheduled Shows (New Date Announced)

Refund Policy:

Refunds are available to eligible buyers for 30 days from the rescheduled date announcement. Web/Call Center purchasers can request a refund by contacting boxoffice@majesticdetroit.com. Please be sure to include your order number when requesting a refund.


Postponed Shows (No New Date)

Refund Policy:

The refund policy for postponed shows has been updated. Ticket holders for shows that have note been rescheduled will be eligible for refunds until August 2nd, 2020. Web/Call Center purchasers can request a refund by contacting boxoffice@majesticdetroit.com. Please be sure to include your order number when requesting a refund. All others at point of purchase.


Box Office Refunds (available at the Garden Bowl once the state of MI deems it safe for bowling alleys to reopen)

If you purchased your tickets at the Garden Bowl box office, you must appear in person to request a refund assuming your show meets the above criteria. Refunds will be given Monday through Friday between 11am and 6pm.
